1. Can I select JMS’s factory to produce?
Sure. JMS has 3 factories in Taiwan, Kunshan and Dongguan.
Taiwan factory- high quality product or small amount production or sample.
Kunshan factory- Mass production and if your assembly factory or port of departure in middle and north China.
Dongguan factory- Mass production and if your assembly factory or port of departure in south China.
2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) of Shaft Pin?
Usually MOQ is 1000pcs, but to start the cooperation, 1pc sample order is acceptable.
Sample: 1-1000 PCS with sample fee
Production MOQ: 1000 PCSto no limit
3. Could you provide free sample of shaft pin?
If we have exist stock sample, it is ok to provide for free. But customer need to pay the delivery fee.
If you need the sample with custom design, you should pay sample charge accordingly.
4. How much does the shaft pin sample cost?
Usually, it is below USD100 for springs with common design, stock material and no surface treatment.
And USD250 for laser cutting metal parts, such as stamping and lathing product) if only simple design, stock material, no surface treatment.
While order special or difficult design with surface treatment, we will give you quotation accordingly.
5. How long is the lead time for drilling shaft pin sample and production?
Sample: 3-14 working days
Production: 3-14 working days
If you have urgent need, just let us know. We will do our best to meet your required date.
6. What documents can JMS provide?
JMS can provide material certification, MSDS, SGS report for SVHC/REACH/ RoHS, FAI report.
We can also give approval sheet according to customer’s requirement such as CPK report, packing instruction, PPAP documents.
7. Can we choose delivery service?
Yes. Customer can select their forwarder or use their account number for delivery service such as DHL, FedEx, UPS.
If no preference, JMS will choose the cheapest one or the fastest one according to customer’s need.
8. Any alternative option for prepaying 100% payment?
If you have such concern, we suggest customer to use THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT such as Alibaba wholesaler or Paypal instead.
They will withhold your payment until both parties have verified that the transaction is complete. But you need to afford higher service fee.
9. What if JMS products cannot meet the drawing or the measurement I requested?
JMS will discuss with customer about the measurements and the tolerance before production. Also, our products need to pass internal quality inspection before delivery. If our products are not qualified, please has no doubt to let us know and provide NG evidence such as photos or inspect data. After confirmation, we will provide new products to replace or refund the payment.
10. How to work with JMS?
1. Customer provide DRAWING OR PICTURE of item with measurements.
2. JMS will give you quotation in 1-5 days.
3. Customer agrees with the quotation and prepaid 100% T/T payment. Give us bank receipt.
4. JMS confirm the payment and provide the expected ship date. LT about 3-14 working days
5. Before we ship, we will send INVOICE&PACKING LIST for shipping and let you confirm.
6. After your confirmation, we will send out the items and provide delivery tracking number.
7. Please give us feedback about the item test result, service quality or other opinions.
