Basic Description
Consisting of the stress balanced gear pump, DC motor, multi-functional manifold, valves, tank, ect., this energy unit is designed to operate material dealing with products. The reducing motion is achived from the solenoid valve with all the lowering velocity managed by an adjustable needle valve. The left and ideal functions are equipped which has a dual pilot operated verify valve and cross-over relief valves.

Special Notes
1. This power unit is of S3 duty cycle, i.e.,non-continuous operation,30 seconds on and 270 seconds off.
two. Clean every one of the hydraulic elements concerned prior to installation of the power unit.
three. Viscosity with the hydraulic oil shoud be 15~46 cst, which must also be clean and free of impurities.N46 hydraulic oil is proposed.
four. This electrical power unit should be mounted horizontal.
five. Check the oil degree in the tank right after the 1st get started of the electrical power unit.
6. Oil transforming is required just after the preliminary one hundred operation hours, afterwards the moment each 3000 hours.
